Your packages are carefully prepared by Nadia and Emmanuelle in an ESAT (establishment which employs people with disabilities) in Drôme.
Delivery to a Mondial Relay point is free in Metropolitan France for all orders worth €55 or more.

*Please note, when you choose delivery via Mondial Relay or Colissimo Collection Point, your package will remain available for 7 to 14 days at the Relay Point. After this period, your package will be returned to us and additional costs will be applied in the event of re-delivery. It is your responsibility to carefully follow the delivery of your package (a tracking email will be sent to you, otherwise do not hesitate to contact us ).
If the selected relay point is not available at the time of delivery of your package, Mondial Relay can make the decision to deliver your package to an alternative relay point near you.
Concerning orders abroad, any additional customs or import taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. 🙂
